Our Leader in Training program is an amazing opportunity for those who are 15+
Our LIT program is specifically designed to teach youth important leadership skills they can use at camp, at school, and within the workplace. Our program consists of a two-week learning section where the LITs will learn what it means to be a leader and then a potential volunteer week where the LITs can use the information they have been taught and put it to practice as a counselor during one of our summer camps.
