Leaders in Training Program 2025

Leaders In Training 15+

The  LIT program is specifically designed to teach youth important leadership, communication and problem solving skills they can use at camp, at school, and within the workplace.

Our program consists of a two-week learning section where the LITs will discover practical leadership skills in a small group setting with hands on training. Youth will explore  teamwork, character building, and decision making skills with workbooks, group discussions and guest speakers and integrate into the camp setting for activities.

Following the two week program youth may be invited to a potential volunteer week where the LITs can use the information they have been taught and put it to practice as a counselor during one of our summer camps. Join us this summer for this great opportunity!
